News: Orkut Launches it’s Official Blog Today!

Orkut is trying to reach out to the masses and is now using it’s Blogger service to have a better way to communicate with all Orkutians.

By now, you must have noticed some changes in your Orkut Account. The Link that What’s New points us is the Official Blog of Orkut. I think that they are having sleepless nights to make Orkut more beautiful. Hope they Succeed.

One more thing that must be noticed is that the final page at which we arrive is http://en.blog.orkut.com/ or http://blog.orkut.com/ depending on your region. The first one is the English Version and the latter is the Portuguese one.

Why didn’t they used http://orkut.blogspot.com . That’s because it is already reserved by someone else and here they have used the new CUSTOM DOMAIN option in blogger. What the shit. Have a look at http://orkut.blogspot.com. The person has simply reserved a seat and is doing nothing over there.

Let’s Hope that it proves out to be a success and the Blog makes it more easier for them to make Orkut Neat and Clean!
